Get To Know Our Principal, Zev O’Brien
Zev brings 20 years of custom home construction and design experience to the table, having worked locally, nationally and internationally to hone his skills. His love for design and construction management started early. While pursuing his degree, he worked with a custom home builder where he spent his summers pounding nails. During these years, he touched on all aspects of the construction process and learned the value of building a home that stands the test of time.
After graduating from Roger Williams University with his master’s in architecture, Zev had the privilege of working for nationally and internationally acclaimed firms. Here, he gained vast experience across the architectural spectrum, working on multi-family developments, high-rises, senior living centers, resorts, hospitality establishments, condominiums and single-family residences.
Zev turned his passion for design into his own business in 2020. As a business owner, Zev has the privilege of working on a wide range of residential projects from full-scale custom homes to high-caliber bathroom remodels. In addition to running ZOB Design Studio, Zev also owns and operates several investment properties including apartments, condos, and single-family homes. He understands the personal investment you are making in your home, because he has done it himself.
In his spare time, you can find Zev enjoying time with his wife and twin girls. And like most Coloradans, that time is spent outdoors – skiing, hiking and camping – taking in all Denver and the Front Range have to offer.
